All photos and videos created by Lux remain the intellectual property of Lux.

Wedding clients receive a personal-use license to share, print, and post delivered images and videos for personal use. Content may not be sold, licensed, or used commercially without written permission.

Business clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered content for their own marketing, including websites, social media, ads, and print. Resale, sublicensing, or transferring the content to others is not allowed unless agreed in writing.

Wedding clients understand that guests may appear in photos and video during coverage. If there are privacy concerns, especially involving minors, you must tell us in writing before the wedding so we can make reasonable efforts to avoid featuring those individuals prominently.

SECTION 11: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT AND CASE STUDIES
If we provide social media management or content services, we may show public-facing posts, clips, or results as part of our portfolio or case studies.
