Thank you for choosing Lux Photography and Videography for your wedding! We are excited to be a part of your big day.
To save your date, we need a 50% deposit when you book. This deposit is non-refundable and holds your wedding date just for you. The rest of the payment is due on or before your wedding day. This way, we can focus fully on capturing every special moment without any last-minute worries.
We ask that you stick to the planned schedule on the day. This helps us do our best work for you! If we go over the planned time, there may be an extra charge.
Our no-refund policy means all payments are final. This includes both the deposit and the final payment. If you need to reschedule, we’ll try to find a new date within one year if we are available. There may be an extra fee for rescheduling.
If your wedding is outside, we recommend having a backup plan for bad weather, like an indoor spot. We’ll work with you to find a new date if needed, but there may be extra charges if it’s a last-minute change.
Lux Photography and Videography keeps the copyright for all photos and videos, but you can use them for personal sharing. We may use some photos on our website or social media to show our work unless you let us know in writing not to.
Your final photos and videos will be ready within 90 days of your wedding. We offer a set number of edits to ensure you’re thrilled with the final result. Lux Photography and Videography will store your final edited files for up to one year after delivery.

Booking and Deposit:
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This non-refundable deposit reserves your date exclusively. The remaining balance is due on or before the event day to ensure a smooth experience without any last-minute concerns.
Cancellation Policy:
To reserve your session date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled date may reschedule to a new date, subject to availability, within one year. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will require payment of the remaining balance.
Late Arrival Policy:
Please arrive on time for your session. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, an additional fee of $50 may apply. For delays beyond 30 minutes, Lux Photography and Videography reserves the right to shorten or cancel the session based on the time available, with no refund of the deposit. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival.
No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, Lux Photography and Videography reserves the right to cancel the session without refund of the deposit. We understand that emergencies happen, so please communicate any delays as soon as possible to avoid cancellation.
Payment Terms and Late Fees:
The final balance is due no later than the day of the event. If payment is not received by the scheduled date, a late fee of 5% of the remaining balance will apply for each week past due. Non-payment beyond 30 days after the event may result in cancellation of services, and no images or videos will be released until payment is received in full.
Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date within one year based on availability; however, rescheduling fees may apply.
Outdoor Events and Weather Backup:
For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup plan in case of bad weather, such as an indoor location. Should a last-minute change be necessary, additional charges may apply.
Copyright and Usage Rights:
Lux Photography and Videography retains the copyright for all images and videos, which you may share for personal use. Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may share select images on our website or social media to showcase our work.
File Storage and Delivery:
Your final photos and videos will be ready within 7-14 days. We offer a set number of edits to ensure you’re thrilled with the final result. Lux Photography and Videography will store your final edited files for up to 90 days after delivery.
